This is where I will compile all of the original, borrowed, and/or altered recipes that I have made or make on a regular basis. For anything I make, I can guarantee that I make the following alterations or substitutions:

sub oat flour for any other flour (except nut flours)
sub coconut sugar, sucanat, stevia, honey, or maple syrup for sugar
completely omit sugar from any meat or veggie recipe
sub gluten free bread for regular

Jamie Eason's Protein Bars - I've made the chocolate, pumpkin, and carrot cake versions. They're a good gateway into making your own snacks as opposed to buying ones filled with a ton of chemicals and 5 different versions of sugar and corn.
